I don’t normally do form poetry but was a bit taken in by Tony’s prompt and explanation so thought I’d give it a try. My take on a Cinquain.

smiles…another springy verse…i like…we have buds on our tree…and i need to heed the song of the birds a bit more…it was a little cold today so i did not visit the porch first thing…perhaps tomorrow to hear them sing….nice verse…

Well, the calendar says Spring is nearly here so we shall see. We have lots of flowers coming up and trees ready to bloom. There are already some cherry blossom trees looking especially nice. Thanks Tony.
