Hope I haven’t offended the Graffiti artists of the world as really, I normally, do not do this type of art but had fun with it in any case.

This is for dVerse Poets Pub at http://dversepoets.com/street-culture/

    1. Sorry, Brian, if I did not link it correctly. I’m a bit tired again tonight. Have had a busy week. No, I don’t smoke now but it seemed like a good idea at the time and actually, I didn’t like it when I tried and couldn’t figure out what the big deal was.

    1. I think you are correct, Lucy, and as I have some (got my first when I turned 50, so watch out!) and consider them art for as an artist I would have no less than that done. Thanks for visiting!

    1. I actually smoked more when I was married because he did and his family did. I am a strange kind of ‘social’ smoker. I can take it or leave it but it really is no good for my lungs and these days I am happy to not do it. Thanks Claudia!

    1. Thank you Aprille! I began trying more and more to do my own thing with the pics but still sometimes use either images I don’t re-touch or those I do. Takes a bit to do my own as holding the mouse still is rather painful to my hands. But I still keep trying.

    1. I doodled but I don’t think I would have called it graffiti. Now those who do graffiti are not without some real talent and I really don’t mind as long as it isn’t defacing something. Thanks Anna!

  2. Things we got away with then — seem so mild to what kids can get away with now! 😦 Didn’t find a big deal in smoking either. I even smoked a pipe (with regular tobacco) for a short while in college. I had a yellow and a white pipe. Caused havoc in the girl’s dorm when I lit up … thought there was “man in the hall”! Yes, we did have angels watching over us.

  3. Lucky you didn’t get addicted. I did, at 16, but managed to get free 38 years later. Enjoyed the poem and graffiti. Returning the favour (after your visit to me) I’ve had a look at your ‘About’ and am delighted to find such similar spiritual beliefs. 🙂

    1. Thank you Rosemary and am happy to have found your site via deVerse. Always nice to see someone who has opened their life to what they can glean from many different beliefs. I believe it enriches and adds to and life, to me, is about that.
