Thanks Becca! I’ve come along way from when I first touched a computer in my early thirties and wanting to toss it out the window to this. I sometimes still get frustrated my my creative side tends to take over.
Renee are you on fb? If so friend me so I can invite you to submit to Nain Rouge. The revised guidelines are up as an event. I see a couple of pieces here that would be worth the jury consideration process. Though I don’t vote myself, I have things set up so everyone has an even playing field with a blind submission process.
If you are not on fb then send me an email at nainrougeimp@gmail.com and I will forward the submission guide to you from there.
Thanks so much for your comment here and for visiting my site. I have a Facebook page but dont’ use it any longer as I had problems with the security of it and my email and don’t want it attached to my email in any case. Is Nain Rouge your site? Is it on Facebook? Also, I see you have a blogspot site as well. I will go there to see your site and if you had it so submissions could be sent there I would have no problem but, as I have said, I have problems with the Facebook site. I will take a look at both and let you know. I take it you are talking about my posts as far as my writing? Let me know and in the meantime I will take a look at both places you are referring to.
Thanks again! Perhaps I will get better with my images. Who knows! It is so new to me I must take time and a different approach as I am not using my art paper and supplies. 🙂
way fun Renee – you are doing some great image work. keep at it. sometimes i do the same process over and over tweaking it a bit here and there. but when i look back over a broader time period – wow how my work changes and evolves. i like that.
very cool on where you are going with this. fun and aloha.
Yes, I do see that. I do look back to see what I first did and so forth but have not so many to look back upon as yourself. I feel incredible energy from your work and your site. Love to see what you are doing. Thank you!
I enjoy the layers of this, Renee!

Finding me hidden in an embrace, revealed and whole. Lovely. And water does smooth even rough edges of stone after long enough, doesn’t it.

Thanks Bren! I love water and could have spent all day in it when I was a child.

Beautiful…there’s something almost mystical about waterfalls…and you are kind of hidden if standing behind them…(being embraced).

Thank You! I use to go backpacking when I was younger and was always enthralled when we came across a waterfall.
