I have actually experienced this many years ago when I was not in as much pain and did some backpacking trips with friends. I loved every night looking at these images and now carry them with me always. Thank You!

Thank You Trisha! Being out in nature like this is one of the things I will remember always as I can no longer take these wonderful excursions as I once did.

I am trying to breathe more often lately. I work full time processing medical insurance claims in an office setting (something that pays bills but something I would have never chosen…given a choice) and it is stressful and with my daughter and granddaughter not well….well, I will always be a mother down deep. A friend of mine keeps telling me to breathe and I thought of the nights I spent in the open under the stars when I went backpacking as a young woman and this really helped. Thank You!
