Mellow Yellow Monday

Never have quite gotten use to the rain here in Washington but the beauty of the mountains, and on a clear day I can see Mt Ranier from my home, is awesome. The daffodil fields in this scene happen every year and we have a parade that goes through downtown with floats, a Daffodil Queen and court and a little of something for everyone. That will happen next month. Not my photo but found this on-line. Enjoy!

  1. What a gorgeous view! Renee, I’m so glad to be back to blogging, thought the allergies would beat me down… but I beat ’em back! Daffodils are so lovely, and I dig the idea of living someplace where they celebrate the flora. It’s like Texas – the first day all the bluebells bloom, everybody skips work and lollygags around in the fields! Thanks, hon. Peace, Amy

    1. Thank You! I am not as close to Mt Rainier as this photo is and my oldest daughter, who had surgery, is even closer but on a clear day I can see the mountain as it rises above the landscape. It is a beautiful site.
