The artist in you illuminates life
colors the canvas of whatever kind
chosen with images that swirl from
pen, pencil or brush filled with
passion and creativity a gift no
one can take because it is your own

I am blessed with three sons and one a fine artist. He has enriched many lives, including my own. Thank you Nathan.

Beautiful tribute to the artist, and your son, Renee.

Sorry I am so late getting round to read, but I had a wretched week.

Thank you for visiting, Pam, and hope this next week will go better for you. This son and I have our differences but I so admire him and how he touches people’s lives. I am fortunate to have five adult children who each is blessed with something special about them and they have good hearts.

The colours of life are often from those whom we hold most dear.. And what a bonus that he adds colour not only to your own life Renee, but to others too… Art is a special passtime that brings much Joy to many… 🙂

All children have special gifts, and art is my daughter’s passion, too. These words you have written will probably make your artistic child blush, but giving birth gives you permission to crow! I look forward to poems about your other children! (I only have one, so I plotz about Riley all the time!!) Peace to you and yours, Renee. Amy

Did your son do this picture? It’s beautiful.
And the poem accompanies it perfectly!

Thank you for visiting! No, my son did not do this piece. I picked it off the net as I do on a screensaver site. He actually is a very fine tattoo artist and the art he does is not your everyday tatoos. He actually does wonderful art pieces that he can free hand just by someone giving him an idea. He also does his art on paper before hand and simply does art on paper for his own enjoyment. I feel he has a gift.

He definitely has a gift if he can do tattoos by hand. I’m very impressed.
