Fall’s Raven

The darkness of Fall nights without light is
like endeavoring to look through
the blackest wing of the raven

  1. Beautiful artwork and poem, Renee. Both creations describe with poignant precision this season of the year. The image with the raven’s darkness is gorgeous especially combined with “resplendently”. Opposites create wonderful poetry lines:

    “to be resplendently dressed
    in his dark cloak”

    1. Thanks Betty. You might have noticed on WordPress they updated the editor where you write something to post so was trying it out. I think it will work out but is just different than what they have been using. I guess you can choose to use either one. Anyway, given that I decided to write something short. Glad you liked it. Hope you are well.

    1. I actually pay per year for my site but probably not enough to not have them update some things. I have more things I can do with the site but perhaps am still limited. I am not sure yet if I like the new editor so the jury is out on this one. Glad you liked the post and hope you are well. xoxo

      2. I do pay per year so perhaps it just hasn’t come your way yet. I am sure you will figure it out as all of the things you do on your site…well, there are some of them I really cannot do. You are way ahead of me, my dear. xoxo
