Powder blue painted firmament
inhaled in a single breath
a cushioned cradle for my soul
hands ciphering the distance
to embrace this tranquility
to coalesce this miracle
sun’s warmth salubrious
rays pulse gold nuggets of life
a radiant fragrant aloe balm
touching a single wink of time
becoming a scope of magnitude
am shrouded in a calm destiny
weighted heavens are buoyant
evident of stellar celestial bodies
emanating love and I am home

Thank you Betty. I was inspired by going home to CA to see dad. I was outside in the sun every day. Miss it. Be well.

peaceful and lovely words Renee – always good to capture as much of the stuff (peace that is) as we can when we can!

Thank you Gabrielle for your kind comments. Nice to see you here. Was in California for a week visiting my dad and the sun was wonderful!

Nicely done, Renee. I like how you close – you’ve worked toward it, but it also seems to surprise.

I will always be a sunshine woman at heart. Washington has far too much rain to my liking but after many years I cannot leave all my children and grandchildren. If you do celebrate have a wonderful holiday Bela! 🙂

Thanks, Renee! Yes, we checked out the Pac NW before moving back to Hawaii years ago – just couldn’t do the damp cold gray. With you on the sunshine, though I do like rain and gray once in awhile. Enjoy your Turkey Day 🙂 ❤

Rain once in awhile is alright but this is turning into a damp, cold, rainy Winter. I will enjoy TD. Thank You!
