    1. When I was a girl there was a time I traveled with my family in the Summer to Yosemite National Park and there in the gift shop were many things reminiscent of Native Americans. I use to find them all quite fascinating. My grandmother on my father’s side was Seminole but as we are so many different ethnicities it rather gets lost in the mix. My sister is the only one that resembles her (my mother said) as I never did meet her.

  1. I would have loved that gift shop too, Renee. I’m fascinated by those things of the Native Americans too. When I was a small girl I thought for sure that my father’s mother was “Indian”. She had long, straight dark hair well past her knees that she wore in two tight buns on either side of her head. She looked like a native to me…but later on was told no she wasn’t. I like that you have a “smidgen” of Native American in you.

    1. As I had told someone else, we use to go on vacation to Yosemite National Park and the gift shop there was full of things Native American. I am glad it brought back a good memory for you.
