Like most people with one issue I have many! An with my thoughts all over the place today I couldn’t settle on what to write on sooo….I decided to post this quote that I found.  If only I could figure out how to follow it’s, oh so wise, wisdom I wouldn’t have my hives issue! Here’s to the outlook of one day being able to do exactly what it says! Adina

    1. Blessings to you as well and thank you for your kindness. Misha,my daughter, is doing so much better. I’m sure our holiday will be a nice one this year. Hope, however you celebrate being thankful, that your time is good for you and yours.

      2. Thanks Jamie. My oldest daughter is Misha, who had the surgery and has Lupus. My youngest is Adina, whose post I reblogged here as she starts her own site. She is also facing her own health problems presently but I know she is strong and will somehow be able to cope. Immune system issues run in the family it seems but as my daughter Misha would say..’we are just high maintenance”.

  2. Of course this is a great perspective. The question is, ” How do we discipline our minds to be in the here and now?” We have got wired differently for reasons of survival, escapism, social pressures and what have you. We time travel all the time.

    1. Presently my daughter is looking for such answers, I believe. I reposted this from her site she has just begun. It seems youth does look for answers as I myself once did. Your question if relative in many ways. Thank you for visiting and for your comment.

  3. Our minds are the tools we have long since lost connecting with in our searching …. We wish this and want that, as we regret the past and wish for the future… never are we truly connected to the moment of now… The Present is truly a Gift,,,,Once we learn to live in its Now…
Thank you for the sharing I have been and paid a visit to your friends blog.. Thank you

    1. The quote I reblogged is from my daughter’s first attempt at a site of her own. Her name is Adina and thank you for visiting her site. She is simply writing to sort out some things for herself so her site is different than my own but I love that she is writing.

  4. Yes, powerful wisdom and truth in this…but tricky to live it for sure. Think how much more at peace we would be if we could live in the moment and not project into the future or mull over the past.

In reading the other comments, I find that Misha is feeling better, Renee. So very happy to hear that. I pray her improvement increases each day.

    1. Yes, she is and thank you. The quote, though, is from my youngest daughter’s site that she just started. Her name is Adina and she is having her own set of problems presently but looking for answers that I know she will find.
