Spirit Dancing

Glistening tendrils of curly hair twisting as tender grape vines  framing her face as sleep overcomes pulling at eyes and lashes bringing dreams beneath the moon a silver sliver of light spilling across a smiling face taking her running across sun drenched fields of wild flowers where serenity is never an  illusion but life’s continuing answer to Spirit’s dancing
music a soul’s peaceful step’s journeying

Spirit Dancer:  Native American Indians perform ceremonial dances (originally during the Winter months) to personify their respective guardian Spirits and participants dress in costumes that represent  those Spirits, for example a Bear, Wolf, or Eagle and others.
