This piece took a very long time to do as I began when I still was having difficulty in endeavoring to create art so thus this, though showing creativity, was very planned out and not as spontaneous as I was wanting it to be. But I finally completed it last year after open heart surgery. Since this time I have created many more canvas that have been done purely as creative, spontaneous works for it now comes easier each time I have an idea that needs to be put down on paper or canvas. Some say having open heart surgery is transformative and for me it was. This is done in water color and colored pencil.
